About:

Timur is a unique peppercorn from the mountains of Nepal that is part of the Szechuan pepper family. It imbues this tipple with a morishly fruity, peppery tang that is like nothing else we have tasted here at the club. It’s a delicious gin that is not to be missed!

Botanicals:

Nelson’s team distil their standard 27 London dry botanicals and then add the peppery Timur oil.

Tasting Notes:

Timur is not overtly peppery as might be expected, instead it’s subtler, aromatic pepper flavour has tones of grapefruit. The pepper then leaves an enjoyable tingly feeling on your tongue. There is nothing else quite like it!

Perfect G&T:

This gin is best coupled with a premium tonic water and a slice of grapefruit and a couple of whole black peppercorns to garnish.
