It’s made using wild botanicals foraged from the moors and headlands around Whitby to give it a true taste of Yorkshire’s stunning coastline. No gin collection would be complete without this marvellous tipple!

Juniper, wild gorse and gooseberries along with a secret selection of traditional gin botanicals.

Tasting Notes:

This gin softer and slightly sweeter than a London Dry. It’s full of mellow vanilla and nutty tones that are perfectly balanced against the tarter gooseberry flavours that join the pine of juniper on the palate. Honey then adds a floral sweetness that lasts throughout the nose and palate and long into the finish.

Perfect G&T:

Serve this gin with a citrus-forward tonic water and garnish with a slice of fresh lemon peel and a sprig of fresh mint.
