Made by resting One Gin Sage in reclaimed barrels that once held port, it’s a gin that’s enriched by the beautiful notes of that famed fortified wine. Botanicals:

Juniper and English sage along with a range of classic London Dry Gin botanicals. Once distilled, the gin is then rested in reclaimed port barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Juniper is joined by a joyous blend of spice, dried fruit and a hint of earthy pipe tobacco on the nose. The palate is a delectably sweet mix of biscuit and nut notes that are balanced with rich juniper and herbaceous sage flavours. The finish is long and mouth-wateringly smooth.
