This wonderfully warm, spiced gin is perfect for enjoying on an evening after the sun has set. It’s a delectably complex craft gin made using a range of botanicals local to Brindle Distillery, where the gin made at Holmes Farm in Lancashire, along with a range of carefully selected spices including tonka bean and Tellicherry black pepper.

Botanicals:

Juniper, fennel, clove, lemongrass, ginger, Tellicherry black pepper, cinnamon, jasmine, tonka beans, rosehips and fig.

Tasting Notes:

Juniper and warm spice flavours come through on the nose. On the palate, those rich flavours are joined by hints of citrus and floral tones. The finish is aromatic and long.

Perfect G&T:

This gin is great for cocktails like a Negroni and is just as good in a G&T with premium Indian tonic water and a garnish of rosemary and whole black peppercorns.
