On the nose, juniper and aromatic, citrusy spice from the Szechuan pepper lead. The palate is a wonderful medley of apple, fragrant spice, citrus and juniper that all continue into the long and delicious finish.
This gin perfect for enjoying in a cocktail but it also makes a fantastic G&T when paired with a premium tonic water and garnished with a slice of lemon.
