This sumptuous pink gin is made with Brass Lion Distillery’s own Brass Lion Singapore Bitters, which gives the tipple its iconic tint and its wonderfully complex fruit and spice flavour profile. Known as Pahit Gin (“Bitter Gin”) in the Malay Archipelago, it is an utterly delicious spiced treat for the taste buds.

Tasting Notes:

Warm and inviting citrus and spice notes can be found on the nose and they continue onto the palate, which has a rich juniper base and more pronounced orange and cinnamon tones. Sweet red dates and spicy ginger come through on the moreish finish.

Serve “on the rocks” or with ginger beer and a slice of fresh orange peel.
