County Down, Northern Ireland

Botanicals:

Juniper, elderflower, wild clover, apples foraged from the Rademon Estate and an number of classic London dry botanicals.

Tasting Notes:

This is a classic juniper-led gin that has orange, elderberry and fresh herb notes on the nose. The palate has sweet tones of vanilla that work wonderfully with piney juniper and a light pepperiness that complements the wonderfully soft mouthfeel. Pepper continues into the finish where it is joined by fragrant orange.

Serve with a premium elderflower tonic water and twist of orange rind.
