With refreshing citrus and aromatic savoury tones, this remarkable craft gin was created with the national hero, Captain Sir Tom Moore. Inspired by the hedgerows Captain Sir Tom would ride his motorcycle past in his youth, it’s a beautiful gin of incredible quality.

Yorkshire, England

Botanicals:

Juniper, rowan berries, English coriander seed, fresh thyme, angelica root, fresh rosemary, orris root, nettle leaves, orange peel, garden mint and lemon peel.

Tasting Notes:

Herb and citrus notes come through on the nose, they are joined by a rich, earthy backbone of juniper on the palate. The finish is long, bright and refreshing.

Perfect G&T:

Serve with a premium Indian tonic water and garnish with fresh blackberries or raspberries and mint.
